Germs Have Us Screaming UNCLEAN! Get Away! - My Pet Peeve
Are you tired of living in a bubble, meticulously sanitizing every surface, and fearing the rise of superbugs due to the overuse of anti-germ products? Well, brace yourself for a paradigm shift as we challenge the conventional wisdom of germ theory and explore the fascinating terrain theory. We unravel the unintended consequences of the pharmaceutical industry's alignment with germ theory, including the proliferation of superbugs and surge of chronic conditions. From the history of germ theory to intriguing studies on the whooping cough vaccine, we spare no detail in this riveting exploration.
But that's only the beginning. We also spotlight the potency of proper nutrition and the role of salt, protein, and micronutrients in our bodies. We caution about the pitfalls of using medications as a band-aid solution rather than tackling the root cause of health issues. Drawing strength from faith, we highlight the power of trust in God's plan for our health and well-being. Ultimately, we're advocating for a proactive approach to health, one that encourages personal responsibility rather than reliance on doctors. We dare you to tackle germs head-on and embrace their role in boosting our health, rather than cowering in fear and avoidance. This is a call to action, a challenge to flip the script on health and wellness. Will you answer the call?
A 2012 study determined that the average cell phone carried 10 times more bacteria than most toilet seats. It just frustrates me how so many people are just so quick to blame others due to their weakened immune system. I swear the common cold in the flu is like is like leprosy. Welcome to the WHY to Fitness Podcast. I'm your host, aaron O'Connell, and today I am talking about one of my biggest pet peeves and that is the constant blaming of disease on germs, germs, germs, germs. And everyone is like avoiding others, like they're able to blame them. Let me just put it in an example. How often do you hear oh, I caught it from that person Blaming, blaming that they caught this cold, this flu, from another person? It just frustrates me how so many people are just so quick to blame others due to their weakened immune systems and the diseases and the bugs and the viruses that they caught. I may be catching you by surprise because you may be somebody that does that. I don't blame you Most people do, but that is because the government, the pharmaceutical industry as a whole and health industry as a whole has sided with that science. Unfortunately, what we're starting to see is that doing so is actually causing so many problems. But let me first back up and give you a little history lesson. So there's two scientists, one Luis Pasteur and another Antoine Bichamp. Many people may be familiarized with Pasteur Luis Pasteur, pasteurization and he is the one that coined germ theory. And this germ theory actually laid the groundwork for modern medicine, including synthetic drugs, chemotherapy, radiation, surgical removal and vaccines. Now Bichamp, on the other hand, who actually was the more brilliant thinker, proposed that these infectious and chronic illnesses were actually more nuanced. He actually gave birth to the idea of terrain theory, which is that one's weakened, eternal ecosystem leads to disease. This is the terrain theory and unfortunately, pasteur's promotion of germ theory has been just so dear to the pharmaceutical company because it creates billions of dollars. So what is germ theory? What is terrain theory? So germ theory, as you know it, is that the belief that there is a single strand of germs to cover up every single type of disease that there is. You have this cold, you can have this cold, you breathe in those germs, you get the cold. That's why we constantly are blaming people, that's why people were masking up. This was that type of science. But terrain theory goes on the other side. Terrain theory is saying that it is the strength of one's own body and immune system that is going to dictate whether you get sick or not, and I'd like to propose to you that we need to start leading more towards terrain theory than germ theory. Terrain theory is the lack of being able to blame others. Let me just give you a little example. You go into a party and you have one sick person a flu, and they're breathing on everyone, meeting everyone, all those things. Two days later, two of the 10 people are sick. They're blaming it on the guy that got sick, but what about the other people that were at the party? Why aren't they sick? They all were breathing the same air. They were all in contact with this germ. Why aren't they sick? And I'm here to propose to you that is because their immune systems, their terrain, was much stronger. Now, of course there's germs, of course there's bacteria, but we gotta stop being scared of these things. A 2012 study determined that the average cell phone carried 10 times more bacteria than most toilet seats. A dirty kitchen sponge has about 82 billion bacteria living in just a cubic inch of space. Yet we're so scared. We're constantly going through these to the, the, the anti-bacteria.
Aaron O'Connell:I can't even disinfect in anti-bacteria, whatever it is. I don't even know what the darn word is. Right now I'm having a brain fart because I never use it. I look at it as poison. What is that? Even called Disinfectant? I actually have to Google it. Like, let me Google it right now. Oh, it just came to me Hand sanitizer.
Aaron O'Connell:We're sanitizing everything away. Unfortunately, hand sanitizer is causing us to kill all the bacteria and if we're constantly killing all the bacteria that's around us, it's just gonna weaken our bodies for when it does come in contact with, when we're unable to Just go. Look at COVID. Look at all the nonsense during COVID. We were so, so careful to mask up and not touch these things, but no one was following OSHA. They were wearing the same mask over and over again. Once that mask was breathed in of all the dirty stuff, it's contaminated. But people would take those masks, touch them, throw them off, have their hands be touching everything and right when they got out, there was no, there was just complete nonsense. But unfortunately, now that we are constantly going and masking up, putting all these hand sanitizers, putting all these vaccines, we are creating a major problem. We're creating things like super bugs and these are this literally.
Aaron O'Connell:Some have estimated that drug-resistant pathogens will become bigger killer than cancer by 2050, because everything is the overuse of anti-everything. But here's the issue these things aren't working. Those super bugs are because of all the antibiotics and all the anti-fungals. In the US, for example, over half of our children have one or more chronic conditions. About 62% of Medicaid population adults have one or more chronic conditions. The US healthcare spent 86% for patients with at least one chronic condition. It's all because of these. Internal ecosystems are becoming weak due to poor nutrition, toxicity, other factors. That changes the function of the microbes that are naturally present in the body. There's been studies all around, but children who received whooping cough vaccines are more susceptible to whooping cough throughout their lifetimes. Five years after completing the whooping cough vaccine series, a child will be up to 15 times more likely to acquire whooping cough than in the first year after receiving the vaccine. Flu shots make people more susceptible to other severe respiratory viruses and people who get flu shots annually are more susceptible to non-vaccine strains of influenza.
Aaron O'Connell:There's just so much information, but that's because we're trying to be our own gods. We're trying to save our own selves. I've said it in so many other podcasts that if you are stressing. If you are just stressing, your immune system goes down. Just having fear of getting sick is going to make you more likely to get sick. Why do you think there's so much fear base when it comes to all of these vaccines, all of these sicknesses? Because it works for them. They then get to create all these vaccines. They get to create all these drugs. Why are we still following the governments for all of our health advice? They've already proven themselves over and over again that they don't know what the heck they're talking about. Go look up the dietary recommendations for people with diabetes. They're literally recommending orange juice and oatmeal for breakfast A diabetes sugar bomb. Why? Because they want you sick so they can keep on giving you all the different types of drugs that they're, with all the insurances paving their way.
Aaron O'Connell:A picture of weakening the degeneration gives really displayed in a 2008 book called Vaccines Autoimmunity and the Changing Nature of Childhood Illness, where Dr Thomas Cohen, founding Western, a Prince Foundation board member, describes how immune system and balance disorders are debilitating both children and adults in record numbers Unheard of before the introduction of this max vaccination programs, like flu and all that stuff. He notes that vaccines deliberately favor and provoke one type of immune response antibodies but short circuit the other crucial prong of our immune system, the cell-mediated activity. In short, vaccines generate a state of excess antibody production and this excess antibody production actually defines autoimmune disease. It's also wreaking havoc on our gut health. It's crazy If you really look at all these vaccines and you see how, what they're using. They're using DNA from species such as birds, dogs, monkeys, cows, pigs, mice, insects all in a vaccine. They were never. These organism micro-zigmas are unique to it and they're not interchangeable with another, but we're using those. It's crazy. They're also putting formaldehyde and other chemicals in these vaccines, all to make us what Healthier? But that's because none of us wants to take responsibility. We're just eating crap.
Aaron O'Connell:You don't even know how many calories you need to give yourself enough energy throughout the day. You're not getting enough protein to properly make your muscles repair themselves for all the type of working out or any type of stress or work that you are going through throughout the day. You're not getting your micronutrients, your proper amounts of magnesium, your vitamin C the list goes on. People think that salt is the issue. It's a bad thing. Oh, I can't have salt. Salt is necessary for the electricity of your heart to be beating. If you're constantly struggling with migraines and headaches, it's not probably because you need more water, which don't get me wrong. 70% of Americans live in a constant state of chronic dehydration. 95% of Americans live with not enough fiber. But you can start drinking more water. It doesn't go away. It's because you need salt, you need those electrolytes. People have no clue what they need and no one is trying. They're not searching for it. But the moment anything goes wrong, they instantly go to their doctor and they say give me a drug, cover up the problem.
Aaron O'Connell:And we're wondering why our death rates skyrocketing, why the average age of death is going lower, lower, lower. Despite all of these things, we're copying patterns of this world. We're not being renewed by our mind. Like Romans 12, 1 through 2 says we need to. You got to remember Luke 10, 19 says look, I've given you authority over the power of the enemy and you can walk among snakes and scorpions and crush them. Nothing will injure you.
Aaron O'Connell:Before I go, that doesn't have anything to do with disease. Why do you think disease happens? It's because of Satan, it's because of sin. We have authority over it. But we're so scared why? Because we're so fearful because we're going to lose our health and our lives are so precious and to live is Christ, the die is gain. Why are we so worried? Why don't we give it to God? We're so worried about not eating this and not eating that. That causes cancer and this causes cancer and don't do this and don't do that. But we're first to run to the doctors and not even ask a second question. Go look at the side effects on those things. Matthew 15 through 20,. Anything you eat passes through the stomach and goes through the sewer, but the words you speak from your heart, that's what defiles you. From the heart comes evil thoughts, murder, adultery and sexual immorality, theft, lying, slander these are what defile you. It's the sin, it's the selfishness, it's the leaving God out of it. It's not genuinely seeking how to take care of your body, just trying to get the results without doing the work.
Aaron O'Connell:Me and my mom are one of the healthiest people that I know. We don't get sick as near as the rest of our family. Why? Because we don't fear that sickness. We know we're getting what we need. She goes to one. She does something completely different than I do. I don't necessarily agree with it, but she lives without stress. She has more peace, that peace that passes all understanding that only God can give. That's what's going to really protect you. But we're just searching and searching for humans to help us out. It's crazy. Instead of like, just imagine if Jesus was walking the earth and when someone with leprosy was like Lord, have mercy on me. He's like don't get away from me, I swear. The common cold and the flu is like is like leprosy. I for one, am somebody that doesn't care to be around anyone that sick. And guess what, I don't get sick. When I do get sick, it's usually because I had a little bit too much to drink that night type of ordeal and I lower my immune system, I lower my defenses and then boom, it can enter in.
Aaron O'Connell:You're not going to get away from the constant spreading of germs. They're just seasonal. It's seasonal flu, it's seasonal cold. You're not going to be able to get away from it. You're like oh, I'm not going to go hang around that person because they're all sick. But you go to the gas station, are you touching your face after you touch the pump? Millions of people just touch that, are you? I already told you about the sponges in the cell phone. How scared do you need to be? No, we're supposed to go to the sick and lay hands on them. I would go so far sometimes that when people are like, oh, I'm sick, I still shake their hand and I'll lick my hand afterwards. Do I get sick? No, I want all the germs possible. I want to get all of them into my system, because then if all of a sudden I do get sick, I get stronger afterwards. That's what people don't understand.
Aaron O'Connell:When the sickness comes in to the body and it gets infiltrated, all the symptoms you start seeing is actually your body repairing itself already. It already got infiltrated. It already got quote unquote sick. It already got affected. The snot, the boogers, the fever and all that is your body repairing itself. It's making itself stronger. But we're trying to just live in a bubble. It's almost like we all are getting this germophobia.
Aaron O'Connell:But what do we need to do? We need to go out in the world. We need to be able to go out in nature. That's what's going to help us even more, because our bodies are vibrant natural theaters of hosting trillions of bacteria, viruses, fungi and other microorganisms. We need to be around germs. We need to be around other people. That's how we get healed is going to others. But this fear of not getting sick is literally the things that are getting us sick. Instead, we need to trust in God. This doesn't mean turn a blind eye and just be completely stupid. Don't hear me on that. Do what you need to do to stay at the most peace, the least amount of stress. That's what we need to do. But if you're noticing that that is blocking away and being scared and scared, and scared, you need the freedom. Unfortunately, I know this is just going to go in one ear and out the other. It's sad. That's why it's my pet peeve.
Aaron O'Connell:I want to teach people how to live free. Stop caring so much. But that's by how do they do that? By knowing that they're doing what they need to, ought to do. But people don't know. They don't even know the basics of health. They don't even know the food that they should be eating. They're just constantly just saying well, making excuses, well, I was busy, so I ate that, I don't have time to cook my food, I don't have time. Well, guess what? Then time runs out and you die and I would hate to get to heaven and all of a sudden have to explain. Oh well, I just didn't have time to eat clean God, I didn't have time to take care of my temple, I didn't get time to have time to understand what I needed. I need to stop blaming.
Aaron O'Connell:I need to stop looking for doctors to give us all the answers. I'm not saying doctors are bad, but ask them hey, how can I, how can I prevent this? How can, how can I get? They're going to be the first person to start giving you a drug. They're not going to know the closest thing. Nutrition. Doctors only go to have like one class of nutrition. That's it. It's crazy. If you do need help, if you do, if you are struggling, message me @WHYto Fitness Instagram, aaron@whytofitness. com email, whatever it is. Let's stop having to be fearful. Second Timothy 1, 7, then give you a spirit of fear or timidity, but want to power one of love and one of sound mind. We need to go love others, that when they're sick, not run away from them. We need to have peace, not fear. We need to have a sound mind. We need to understand what's going on. We need to educate ourselves.
